During the photoshoot, we'll take and review the images together. This allows us to assess the quality of the shots and make adjustments as needed. By doing so, we can ensure that we capture the best possible images for your use and make any necessary adjustments to the focus of the session to meet your needs.

There is a 50% non-refundable retainer that holds your scheduled spot and goes toward the total price of the shoot.

The remaining payment is due 48hours before your scheduled shoot day by Venmo, Zelle, or Card.

We encourage our clients to bring a variety of clothing options for their photoshoot. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and confident in what you're wearing. We recommend bringing a mix of different styles, colors, and necklines. For corporate clients, we suggest having a selection of jacket/shirt/tie combinations for men and blouse/dress/jacket options for women. Keep jewelry simple and avoid anything that is too chunky or distracting. If you wear glasses, please bring multiple pairs to check for glare. Don't hesitate to bring anything you're unsure of, and feel free to add layers for added dimension. Have fun with your wardrobe and if you need to shop for something new, we'll keep the tags on so you can return it after the shoot. We have a steamer on hand to take care of any wrinkles.

After the photoshoot, we'll review each image individually. We'll eliminate any shots that don't meet our standards and focus on the best ones. We'll work with you to choose the shots that best capture your expressions, and discuss any retouching options. Our goal is to help you select a range of high-quality images that will suit your needs. Once you've made your final selections, the images will be sent for retouching and delivered to you within a week of the shoot date.

Makeup is optional for women but highly recommended. The cost for makeup during the photoshoot includes hair styling as well. Our makeup artist will create a natural, clean look to start, but can add more as the shoot progresses. Please come with your hair styled as you would like it to appear in the photos, and our makeup artist will help make sure it's ready for the shoot. Additional charges may apply for major hair styling changes or blowouts.

Men are not typically required to wear makeup, but light grooming can be done upon request. Our professional retouching can usually handle any skin issues. If you choose to have facial hair, you can come in with the level of growth you prefer and we can trim or shave it as needed. Bring any grooming products necessary.
